Already in it’s 9th year, over 400 runners from many parts of Ontario, Quebec, northern New York state and Michigan take part in a 5K, 10K or 1/2 marathon to support our local chapter.
The event takes place on the bike path running along the beautiful St. Lawrence river in Cornwall.
The run is designed as a training run for many who plan to run in the Ottawa marathon. There is a huge contingent of runners in the Cornwall area that take part to support our chapter; as well as, great corporate sponsorship of this event.
Our 9th annual run this year will be on, Saturday April 24th, 2010, taking place once again at St. Lawrence college, Cornwall campus.

- 9:00 a.m. - Half Marathon/5 km Walk
- 10:00 a.m. - 10 km/5 km
- 11:00 a.m. - 1 km for Kids
